Your purchase belongs to your Apple Account. On another iPhone or an iPad signed in with the same account, open the App Store, tap your account picture, then Apps, and download Midrate FX again at no charge.
Refunds
Apple handles the payment, so refunds go through Apple: ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com (opens in a new tab). If something isn't working, tell us first at support@utilava.com; we'd rather fix it.
